A11 804 internal error Heating system is in

emergency mode.

Internal runtime error

in RC35.

B Replace RC35.

A11 806 Room

temperature

sensor is

defect.

Since the actual room

temperature is

missing, the following

cannot function:

• Room influence (for

weather-

compensated

control)

• Switching point

optimisation

In the case of room

temperature-

dependent control, the

system is regulated to

max. temperature for

HCx.

Faulty integral

temperature sensor on

the heating circuit's

programming unit /

remote control unit.

B Replace the remote

control unit.

A11 816 No commu-

nication with

RC35.

RC20/RF unable to

transmit data to RC35.

Room temperature

control therefore not

possible for HC.

RC20/RF has

incorrect address.

B Check the address

(parameter P1) in

RC20/RF.

RC35 not present or

not connected

correctly.

B Check connection

to RC35.

A12 815 Low loss

header

sensor

faulty.

This may result in the

following heating

circuits receiving

insufficient heat.

Temperature sensor is

incorrectly connected

or fitted.

Breakage or short cir-

cuit in the sensor lead.

Temperature sensor

faulty.

connection and

sensor lead.

mounting.

B Compare resistance

values with the

sensor curve.
